Igor grew up in Jora de Mijloc village with his mother Mariana and his two little brothers, Andrei and Octavian. Their father died a few years ago. It was a tragedy and shock for the family. It also made life much harder for them as the father was the only breadwinner. Their mother suffered depression and Igor was the one who started looking for jobs in the village and supported the family financially and emotionally. He became the man of the house. He also managed to not miss any school. His mother found a job in Slovenia and left them hoping for a good salary to bring back to the boys. The little boys remained under the care of their aunt. Igor is also helping to take care of them too. He is a hardworking and very responsible boy. He wants a better future for his family.
