Lilian is from Singerei Noi village in the district Singerei. Before moving into the Boys to Leaders house, he lived with his mother, sister and brother.  Lilian is the second child in the family. Despite the fact that Lilian has a disability and walking is not an easy process for him, he has a desire to study and to have a job. His parents do not live together and his father does not help his family. Recently his mother had surgery and cannot support Lilian financially.
