Viorel has many serious health problems. He lived with his biological mother until the age of 6, but the home was in horrible condition, so he moved to an orphanage. He stayed there for four years. He could not walk until the age of 9, and he could not speak because of childhood traumas. With the help of specialists, he started to talk and walk. Viorel speaks slowly and has trouble remembering common things. He now lives in a foster family. They have four children and six biological kids. They help change his diapers and takes him to school.
